Loved the open space inside and outside area had plenty for the kids to do! The karaoke room was fun and ice cream room with slide was next to it, the kids enjoyed playing while singing along to the music. Mandy was helpful and made sure to check in with us to be sure our stay was all we expected 😊 Heated pool was def a plus for the cool weather we had while on this trip!

This was an excellent Airbnb experience from start to finish. The home was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and quiet, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Clear instructions made check-in and check-out effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Our 4 generation family stayed at the Ice Cream House for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been in a better place. There was plenty of room for everyone when we wanted to be together or when people were doing their own thing. there are so many activities in the house itself, we didn't even bother leaving on 2 of the days. The youngest kids played on the equipment in the back yard, on the slide in the pink room and in the pool The older (adult) kids had billiards, a putting green and the pool, too. The parents/grandparent had a large sectional couch to relax and visit on and an easy kitchen to use for meals. Mandy is more responsive than any Airbnb host we've ever had (and we've had a lot), including recommendations. The whole family spent a few hours with the karaoke machine which was a treat. All in all, I can't think of a better place for a whole family. We would definitely stay at the Ice Cream House again with our family.

Mandy was an awesome host. Checked-in daily to make sure our stay was what we expected. Mandy was very friendly helpful with the folder with instructions, recommendations, and also a scan code. We will stay again when we are back in Kissimmee, Florida. Thank you for such a nice home away from home.

We had a great stay. The house was amazing we stayed a whole day without leaving, just relaxing in the yard, playing pickle/Basket/Pool. My kids absolutely loved it. Also great spaces in the home that it's easy to separate out two families for example and still feel connected but with your own space. Great home to stay at.

A perfect place for large families. the theme was absolutely adorable and our kids loved it ! the karaoke machine was fun for all ages from grandparents to the little ones. we highly recommend this owner as well they were very attentive and checked in on us regularly

We had the best time at the Ice Cream House! The house looks JUST like the pictures. Our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 4 kids 8 years and under) had plenty of space and even two extra bedrooms that we didn't use (and the beds are SO comfy!). The backyard is amazing - the pool is kept very clean and can be heated for an additional fee (and the heater worked so quickly!!). The swing set, bowling, mini golf, giant connect four and fire pit were all a hit. The ice cream room and karaoke were so cute and fun! The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels, two sets of washers and dryers, bathroom toiletries, foldable crib, highchair, pack and play, umbrella stroller, etc (I could go on and on!). The best part is that the host, Mandy, is SO responsive, kind and helpful. It was the best Airbnb stay we have ever had. We'll definitely be back to the Ice Cream House or one of their other properties! Highly recommend :)

The ice cream house was the perfect place for our two families with young children (4,4,2, and 6 months). The outdoor areas was phenomenal and we spent most of our time there. Mandy was very responsive to all our needs and very helpful host. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

We had the best stay at The Ice Cream Villa in Largo, FL! There was something for everyone, the ice cream room, pool, pickleball courts, play set for the kids, and fire pit for the adults. Our group of 16 had an amazing time. Mandy was super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

We picked this beautiful airbnb for our annual family reunion and it was perfect! Backyard, number of rooms, and lots of activities for all ages (toys, books, foosball, bball, pool, etc). The host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. We’re definitely coming back!
